Celebrate Spring

This is such a beautiful time of year in our area. The ornamental pear trees are in bloom. Can there be anything prettier than rows and rows of trees filled with white blooms?

Here is another one of Sunday's cards. I just love my new stamp set "Cheep Talk" from SU! which was also a new set to this year's Spring-Summer catalog. I used the new hardware, "Jumbo Grommets', and they can be found in the Occasions mini-catalog. (of course! you can order them from my SU! website on 4/1). The sentiment "Celebrate Spring" is one that I picked up at Michael's $1 spot. The background is "tempting turquoise" ink on "tempting turquoise" cardstock using the flower in the "Cheep Talk" set. The white panel's edges are distressed with "Only Orange" ink using a sponge. The branch and the bird are cut out and popped up.
